My block is probably good but I'm sure it will be a lot more worn out than a new long block from Kyle. If I am going to put time, money, and parts into this project, I might as well make sure it is with something that is up to spec and won't break once the added boost is applied. I have contemplated tearing it down first though. Either way, it would need machine work done which almost seems like a waste of money when I can get the long block for almost the same price as the machine work (depending on the quality of the shop).

I don't see what everyone is so worried about anyway. If someone else wants to perform a modification that you believe will destroy the value, cheapen the Z32 or whatever you can't sit on your hands about, wouldn't that make your tastefully-modified, white bread Z32 more rare and valuable? -- BradZ (FL) on December 23, 2007 at 12:19 PM The unicorn gets its revenge... -- Scotts94z32 on September 19, 2006 at 11:12 AM CLICK FOR DETAILS ABOUT BUYING A ZAMA POSTER!!!!
